Booking Terms & Conditions
All HOLIDAY HOMES bookings are subject to the following conditions.

A deposit of 25% for each unit reserved must be paid at the time of booking. This is non-returnable and the balance
is due on the day of arrival. A receipt will be sent for each deposit, and no booking exists until we have confirmed it. |

If the accommodation required is not available by the time the reservation form and deposit are received, the
deposit will be returned in full.

Notice of cancellation should be sent by REGISTERED POST. Ordinary mail will not be regarded as proof of delivery.
Every effort will be made to re-let the accommodation but the liability for full payment will be enforced if the
accommodation cannot be re-let. You are advised to take out full Holiday Cancellation Insurance. |

The proprietor reserves the right to re-let any accommodation not claimed by 10 a.m. on the day immediately following
the first day of the reservation, unless written notice of late arrival has been received. |

The proprietor will not accept responsibility for loss,theft or damage to persons property howsoever caused. |

The number of persons occupying the caravan must not exceed the number of berths. |
| 7 |
You are requested not to arrive before 2 p.m. and to vacate your caravan by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. |

If requested, every endeavour will be made to reserve a particular caravan, but the right is always reserved to
transfer bookings to any other caravan of the same category that will accommodate the same number of persons. |
| 9 |
Blankets, pillows, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided but it is necessary for you to bring
towels and tea towels. Duvets and bed linen are available on request. |
| 10 |
Any articles lost or broken must be replaced or paid for. |
| 11 |
To help us maintain our high standards all dogs must be kept off the furniture and bedding and must NEVER be left
unattended. |
| 12 |
THE HIRERS MUST UNDERTAKE TO KEEP THE CARAVAN, FURNITURE, FIXTURES AND UTENSILS ETC. IN A CLEAN AND TIDY
CONDITION AND LEAVE THEM IN THAT WAY FOR THE NEXT HIRER. |
