Camping Conditions

All bookings are subject to the following conditions.

A deposit of 25% for each unit reserved must be paid at the time of booking. This is non-returnable and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to the arrival. A receipt will be sent for each deposit, and no booking exists until we have confirmed it. If the pitch required is not available by the time the reservation form and deposit are received, an alternative pitch will be reserved. A charge may be made for any amendments to the booking.

Notice of cancellation should be sent by REGISTERED POST or E MAIL. Ordinary mail will not be regarded as proof of delivery. Every effort will be made to re-let the pitch but the liability for full payment will be enforced if the pitch cannot be re-let. You are advised to take out full Holiday Cancellation Insurance.

The proprietor reserves the right to re-let any accommodation not claimed by 10am. on the day immediately following the first day of reservation, unless prior written notice of late arrival has been received.

We ask that the noise level is kept to a minimum after 10.15pm to be considerate to other campers and neighbours. The management reserve the right to evict if necessary those that do not abide by this rule.

The proprietor will not accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to persons property howsoever caused.

You are requested not to arrive before 12 noon & no later than 7pm.

Please vacate your pitch by 10am on the day departure.

If requested, every endeavor will be made to reserve a particular pitch, but the right is always reserved to transfer bookings to any other pitch of the same category that will accommodate the same number of persons.

Any articles lost or broken must be replaced or paid for.

To help us maintain our high standards all dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and must NEVER be left unattended. Please ensure you pick up after your dog.
