Self Catering Conditions

All bookings are subject to the following conditions.

A deposit of 25% for each unit reserved must be paid at the time of booking. This is non-returnable and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to the day of arrival. A receipt will be sent for each deposit and no booking exists until we have confirmed it.

If the accommodation required is not available by the time the reservation form and deposit are received the deposit will be returned in full.

Notice of cancellation should be sent by REGISTERED POST Ordinary mail will not be regarded as proof of delivery. Every effort will be made to re-let the accommodation but the liability for full payment will be enforced if the accommodation cannot be re-let. You are advised to take out full Holiday Cancellation Insurance.

The proprietor reserves the right to re-let any accommodation not claimed by 10a.m. on the day immediately

following the first day of reservation, unless prior written notice of late arrival has been received.

If requested every endeavour will be made to reserve a particular room, but the right is always reserved to transfer bookings to any other room of the same category that will accommodate the same number of persons.

We ask that the noise level is kept to a minimum after 10.15 p.m. to be considerate to other guests and neighbours.   The management reserve the right to evict if necessary those that do not abide by this rule.

The proprietor will not accept responsibility for loss, theft or damage to persons/ property howsoever caused.     You are requested not to arrive before 3.00pm and  vacate your room by 9.30am the day of departure. Any articles lost or broken must be replaced or paid for.
